The story behind
Our fascination for laboratory glass started when we stumbled upon an abandoned laboratory in former East Germany. Within, we were amazed to find a large stock of laboratory glassware, preserved through the years and in perfect condition. Delighted by the pureness and elegance of the laboratory flasks, we were inspired to explore how we could repurpose these very special pieces.
Design
The Jellyfish lamps are made from laboratory glassware. Their perfectly clear and smooth glass gives them a pure and delicate appearance, and works very well when combined with light. With their sense of weightlessness, these elegant lamps express a minimalism that makes them an easy addition for almost any interior style.
