This timeless ceiling fan was designed in the 1950s for industrial use by the renowned manufacturer Heinke from Zwickau. Its timeless and functional design features a steel ‘nuke-shaped’ ceiling mounting fixture, a ball bearing motor, an aluminum enclosure surrounding the motor, and three fan compartments.
The Hummingbird is made from aluminium and has its original light blue metallic hammered finish, giving it an industrial look. The ceiling fan works on 220 Volt, and can be used with dimming switches for speed regulation. It originates from a former spinning mill in eastern Germany where it was found in a small office mounted on the ceiling.
